My hybrid is scheduled for production, though its original date was pushed back one month. I may not mind mine getting pushed back to a '23 model. It depends on what differences there will be or can be. I think it is shameful that the Maverick has SYNC 3. If the '23 model has SYNC 4 I would...
My Lariat Hybrid w/lux production was 3/14 and got pushed back a month. I have no choice, but I'll wait patiently. One thing I wish I could do without is the spray in liner. I don't have a choice, but I'd rather not have it. This type of liner has always been pointless for the truck needs. I...
I disagree. ADM is bad business. Also, a person can "mark up" there used car all they want. It isn't the same thing at all. Apples and oranges. The used market has no MSRP.
I ordered the Impact without realizing what it was. I assumed. It's not worth returning. Not sure if I'll reorder. I'm squeaking. But then again, another $200 now will be $200 what next year. I wouldn't miss it.
BTW, BEDRUG values shipping at $60 making these liners worth $140 tops. I wouldn't...
I'm in east PA. Outside the dreadful Philadelphia. I haven't heard anything on my order. I don't think there is anything to know beyond the order has been placed. Shouldn't we get an email directly from Ford? Others of received emails and I don't think these were from their dealers. I'm...
Regarding the Bedrug... If you're interested in this know that there are two types. One is the XLT and the other is the Impact. My preference is the XLT. It is like a soft fuzzy carpet. The Impact is more utilitarian. It is like a hard yet still flexible textured plastic. Both are plastic. Both...
You need to go back and reread my comment. Much more carefully. Your reply isn't remotely representative of what I said. Is it safe to say that you don't have hands on experience with Auto Hold? I believe so. Since you have no experience with the feature you are not qualified to say it isn't...
I think you're saying you don't see a reason to ever use Auto Hold. There's no reason really. It is just a great convenience. In my Lincoln here's one reason besides being a convenience. The Lincoln has the Raptor's engine. It's pretty peppy. I can get to the next light quicker than most. In...
Good to hear Auto Hold is working as described in the manual. I ask because the manual for my '21 Lincoln Navigator has the exact same verbage in the manual as the Maverick's, but it will not remember the last setting. On start up it comes on, but immediately turns off. Back to the Maverick...
Please, any existing owners confirm something about the Auto Hold feature. If you have it turned on and shut down the truck, upon restart the truck should automatically turn Auto Hold back on. It's supposed to remember at start up if it was on or off at last shut down. Thanks.
I didn't know a Bedrug was already available. Duh. I placed my order. I don't have the truck yet though. Still waiting for it to be scheduled. Hybrid Lariat.
Good to hear. I don't have my Maverick yet, but my Lincoln does not do this, yet the manual has the exact same verbage as the Maverick manual. Lincoln wants me to accept that it is working properly. I say BS.
I'd like to know from early receivers of Mavericks if their Auto Hold setting is actually remembered at start up. Per the manual (and this is in many other Ford/Lincoln models manuals), upon startup the Auto Hold will return to it's setting at key off.
I'm asking this question a bit early as...
A hot rod this truck is not. It's a commuter vehicle with truck capabilities. Stick to what it is and go hybrid....IMO. It's what I ordered. I wanted MPG followed by utility. The FWD will do fine in snow; especially with winter tires (not all season).
I'll go a little further with this request. I want the rear seat; meaning I don't want the factory to delete it. But I want to remove it because I have no need for it. In it's place I would like a conversion kit to convert the rear seat area into a cargo area. I want this "kit" to look like it...
