The intercooler on the truck is way too small, the shutters should be closed when it's cold and open when it's warm.

The factory intercooler because it is so thin is set back further and has the factory shutters on it. The intercooler design we use is a bar and plate, they really can't be damaged because of the thickness of the bars where the air actually flows through, you'd have to run it into a tree limb...

You mean with the truck loaded down? No, it stays flat, you add air if it sags, so it's gonna look normal no matter what.

I removed the tie downs and the plastic storage doors. It's held up excellent, I'd say better than my commercially done F150.
