I think many of us Hybrids are going to get piushed to MY23. With the hybrid engine being constrained and all the other constraints, I don't see how Ford can plausible fill all orders before the start production on MY23 (Bronco all over again). I think starting in the New Year we see basic...
Tim-what's the reality that Ford can build all our Hybrid orders before the end MY22? Or does Ford expect MY22 production to continue until the end of 2022, ie they will still be building in December 2022? With all the contraints, and the hybrid engine being constrained, I can't see how it's...
I feel your exactly right. Small town dealer with 6 orders and none have been scheduled yet, even with allocations. Now that scheduling is done for the next 3 weeks, one can infer that when allocations are given out for March-April builds a bulk will go to dealers like Long MacArthur, Granger...
So I'm going to venture to say that most of us won't see our June/July orders till early next Fall at the rate, with the constant 40% hybrid constraint. We will be well into MY 23 before they can finish MY 22.
Yep-going to take line space from US Hybrid orders b/c they can only build so many (Eco or Hybrid) at a time. And I don't see them ramping up production in the new year at all....It'll be Fall till most of us get our orders built and shipped.
Tim-has Ford just not started building Hybrids with the DIBL. I upgraded my July 7 order to the Lux Package in the beginning of November when the option for the DIBL became available (in hopes of speeding it up) and it seems like Ford might be awaiting shipment of the DIBLs? I don't think I've...
I am seriously beginning to think they won't be able to fulfill all MY22 Hybrids until next December. And then what happens when they start taking orders for MY23....
What's the point anymore in my opinion. No way Ford can get all of us June/July/August (7/7 here) orders scheduled before next summer so I'm giving up hope on getting a MY22. And Ford can't even come out and say "We're doing all we can to clear older orders, etc, we value customers, etc". It's...
Tim is great, but I've got to believe that's the party line. Plenty of June/July orders still unscheduled and a few August orders getting scheduled. If Ford was really trying to do this, they'd only scheduled June/July Hybrid orders-allocation system be damned and then August orders. It's just...
This is probably the last round of scheduling for the year....looking at March scheduling starting sometime next month I think...... Bottom line is it'll be a year since ordering before we see our trucks at this point.
Shafted again, but sure enough same builds ordered after me got scheduled. I'm seriously beginning to think I won't see my July 7 order until next Fall or my order will become a MY23. I don't see how Ford can build, or even get scheduled, all MY 22 before they open order banks for MY23...
/How's it unfair to fulfill early orders, not just ones from large dealers? July 7 order here (same region as Granger and Long MAcArthur) and crickets. But my same build ordered after me has been scheduled quite a bit. Oh this fun game of Fords haha
Not at all. Ford should be building June/July orders from smaller dealers instead of only large dealers with 100+ orders. Maybe we get ours today and do the meet in WI for a beer haha.
nothing against Long MacArthur or Granger...they are doing a great job, Tim Bartz is awesome! My beef is with the allocation system, not them directly. But that begs the questions as to how can Ford fulfill builds for others in the region who ordered in June and July when they only want to...
Yes, my dealer has allocations, and has had allocations for awhile, so how does Long MacArthur and Granger get 100+ scheduled last week and my dealer can't get one? same region, so Ford took large allocations from those dealers in place of a more geographic spread from other dealers with...
My small dealer has allocations, Ford just refuses to scheduled my July 7 order....At next month, I'm sure Long MacArthur and Granger, who are in my dealer's region, will probably get the lions share of allocations again so as far as I'm concerned, this is my last opportunity to get scheduled...
