It's not that the phone team is hit or miss, it's that they purposely lie about those things. I've been told i've been at a priority 2 since October, but then told they don't have access to that kind of information...I think they are just trying their best to alleviate all of our...
Ford Mav Customer Service team can't tell you what priority you are; they can only confirm your order. Or tell you what constraints are. I've chatted with my dealer and dealers can tell us that. I was told 2 weeks ago my the customer service team that I was "in line for last week to be 1 of the...
That makes the most sense, customer and business wise but doubt it'll happen. Unless Ford has some magical unicorn hidden away, I'm betting it'll be a really light scheduling day and us June/July orders will continue to be screwed.
Can i join that club? July 7 here and betting on a fall delivery (2022) at this point-which would mean a MY23 if scheduling keeps being scatterbrained and forgetting early orders. That's how I'm processing this now; I'll get a MY23 in the Fall 2022
oh great, no scheduling the last 2 weeks of December...Looking like I'll be getting my July 7 order scheduled the summer of 2022 at this point. I'm sure Long MacArthur and Granger (in my region), will get the lion's share of allocations starting next month.
not true. most of my family has had nothing but drop in liners in the midwest (snow, rain, sleet, etc) and use them for work trucks hauling lumber, mulch, gravel, sand, you name it. use them hard for 6-7 years and when we go to sell, never any rust under the drop ins.
My theory is they are saving all the oxford white orders, doesn't matter order date, for when they start pumping out fleet orders....which will probably be over the summer haha.
My thought is Ford is clearing out the ALL the backlog of Hybrid orders (June-Nov) from larger dealers (Chapman, Long MacArthur, Granger, etc), then will start clearing out orders from smaller, rural dealers. So if you ordered from a really small mom and pop Ford dealer, unless your lucky, be...
Let's roll the dice for another week! Maybe some of us from small town dealers in the midwest can't finally get scheduled now that Long MacArthur is done w/allocations. But I'm sure Ford will throw a few more their way lol
I even went as far to change the spray in to drop in for my hybrid lux order, per dealer and Ford rep recommendation. did this the first of November and still can't get schedule! maybe because i ordered Oxford White and Ford will be lumping me in with hybrid fleet orders after all the MY22...
Not bashing Long MacArthur at all, Tim has worked his butt off keeping us updated and providing a wealth of information (and sanity!) to all of us. I'm just wondering if Ford pulls a Bronco here around allocations. If you remember, Granger did the below MSRP and got 1,000+ orders for the Bronco...
I think at this point, with the hybrid engine constrained at 40%, there's a good chance many of us hybrid orders, even from June/July (7/7 here) will get pushed to MY23 and our trucks won't be scheduled until summer-built in the fall-delivered in late fall 2022.
I honestly don't have any intel on the matter, but with Long MacArthur getting 100 scheduled today and my small town dealer getting none (has had allocations since October), it seems logical that's the case. But at this point no one knows.
Nice, very nice. If i had any idea when i actually get scheduled, I wouldn't consider it but be as it could be next week or March before i get scheduled I'm contemplating it...
