If I recall this, if you pop off the light there are posts which you can lengthen or shorten...these engage with the grommets. In my case making them longer relieved pressure and never had issues since.
Reminds me of calling and asking about deep sleep issues trying to make an appointment. Service "advisor" made it sound like I was making it up and has never heard of such term or problem.
Hate to say it but some maybe should find other professions.
There are no emissions recalls for 23's. Maybe we are getting a TSB and recall mixed up

Most report issues after turn signal and illumination, so perhaps those don't play well with the emission TSB and now there is an...
Good info.
Basically after March 22nd there is a PCM update...is this an update to one of the last two recalls (turn signal and illumination) or is this a separate update ?
Either way, this smells yet of a other recall.NHTSA complaints are piling up.
Problem applies to mavericks built up to Oct/2022 AND problem description is much different than the heavily posted highway power loss (esp post turn signal and illumination recall)

Convenient for Ford to use such title for the recall. 99% of people will never read the PDFs and assume this is their fix.
I'd be shocked if this is related.
Likely false !
Straight from the nhtsa recall PDF.

You should probably make a note that your post most likely has nothing to do with the hybrid software power loss mess...and not give people false sense of hope that a fix is coming on 5/13.
Your power loss is likely about fuel injectors.
Hybrid power loss is all software (maybe some hardware...
We need someone with access to some dealer bulletins to post whatever information is rumored to be available.
Heard an update was issued mid March, then today someone posted something to be available in a month !
Do a search. It's all software related and I think in all cases it happens after the last 1 or 2 recalls.
Some say Ford released an update but I don't believe it. There needs to be a recall for a recall to ensure a fix is on record.
