hmmm?????, I have the hybrid. I haven't driven an EB for comparison, but this and my previous Fusion PHEV heat up in the winter (and cool down in the summer) very quickly. Much, MUCH, faster than any previous gas only vehicle I've driven in the past.
Mine stays in the bed for the most part. I use it to keep things from sliding forward (flipped inside, and put things between the extender and the tailgate)
The Hybrid Maverick is NOT currently (through 2025) an EV or PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid). There is no electrical port to plug into (other than adding a charger to keep the 12v battery full to avoid deep sleep issues). Gas is the only thing you can "charge".
Do you have a tow receiver on your XL?
There was much less body damage to my Lariat and the collision shop found a small imperfection on the frame that looked like brush stroke with thick paint before the truck was painted. The frame measurements were off at the receiver by less than 1/4" on...
Glad they fit, but is that wide of a tire good for winter? Seems like they should put summer tires on these rims and maybe the winter tires on the stock rims.
To get an idea of what is under the bumper and the cost of the parts I used the site linked below. My local dealer had to do some price matching to come close to the online prices, otherwise they would have been considerably more expensive, like closer to list price...
