I still want to inspect and test drive my vehicle before I take delivery, and I want a service department to handle whatever issues follow. But beyond that, I'm fine with ordering online.
As of May 4th, 2022, there are 3 of them on our three-block long residential street in eastern NC. None of the owners knew each other until they bought their Mavericks. 😄
I'm learning to like Android Auto in my husband's Maverick. It's taken me a month, but I'm finding more and more reasons to use it. My 2017 Toyota has USB downloaded navigation maps that have to be updated every other year (at $160) so running Google navigation through Android Auto for the...
Ok. We own a Maverick, and I've ridden in a Santa Cruz, and I agree that the Santa Cruz is a bit smoother, but no way is the Maverick 'harsh' or 'choppy.' You mentioned multiple reviews talking about that very thing, and I strongly disagree. And I still doubt the existence of multiple reviews by...
Why wouldn't you just wait out your Prius lease before deciding whether or not you should buy the truck you ordered in October? I mean, if that's what you wanted, why not buy it?
Welcome from New Bern. My husband was on board early, and he took delivery of a first edition lariat about a month ago. It's a nice truck. I like it.
Honestly, if the XLT is what you want, wait for it. Call around or email lots of dealers in the meantime to get them to put you on their wait...
But they're very much midsized cars with all of the accessories as a Camry and Accord. There's very little difference in fit and finish, although the rear seat is an inch or so narrower. I'm not sure where you came up with the idea that a Prius is a comparable build as a Honda Fit, which is the...
I'd have to disagree with you about that 4 to 7k statement. I've owned 2 hybrids that I bought new. I bought my fully loaded 2008 Prius in the middle of fast rising gas prices, and I had to wait for it, but I paid about $27k or maybe $1500 more than a comparably built Accord, and about the same...
He may not have any problem. Many (maybe most) dealers now know the process to go through smart vincent(?) to have Ford reimburse them for the difference between the protected order price and the updated price.
We had no problem at all.
I've ridden short distances in ours, and it's slightly more comfortable than my Prius. Honestly, with the center armrest down, it should be really comfortable. It's not cramped at all back there. I'm 5'6", and I'd be fine on a longish trip.
Legit observation. Obviously, lack of oil could be interesting, but do synthetic oils deteriorate at all? I follow the manufacturer's guidance when it comes to oil and tire rotations, but is changing synthetic oil important? I don't know.
