Yeah, that makes more sense. Dunno why, but PPF never seemed like a good thing to have the manuf do, I always planned on driving it straight to my local shop from the dealership.
Still though, yours is way worse than I'd ever imagined.o_O
You sure it was applied by a competent installer? I've seen plenty of PPF cars that have sat out in the AZ sun for a few years that look quite a bit better than that.
I dunno, my 20 year old daughter thinks all of the interior color options are atrocious with the Lariat being both ugly and boring, lol. Outside of this forum, I haven't talked to anyone, young/old/otherwise that actually likes these interior color choices. Plenty of us (myself included) that...
Seems like a good time to start compiling the list of opportunities for us Arizonians to see a Maverick in person. I know we have a handful of folks working with local dealers, time to share our leads!:)
Sanderson Ford in Glendale will have a Maverick on site for Dealer Training 8/18/21 from...
Yep, that blue reminds me of high school, lol!
While I'll admit that all of the Maverick's interior designs fall pretty flat for me (ESPECIALLY the Lariat), I absolutely admire their courage to do whacky stuff. My weekend car is blue with a red/black interior and I love it!
I've seen several people, who only intend to purchase one vehicle, mention that they've placed multiple Maverick orders. Sometimes, it's to avoid getting screwed over by a dealer at the last second or to angle for a quicker turnaround on their order, among many others. I'm curious to see how...
I'd call around, I know the Maverick dealer training is going on in PHX at least next week, if it hasn't started already. Might have to work around the training to get in and take your peak but it should be there for a day!
As for the ecoboost, I can't speak specifically to the exact version being used in the Mav, but I have a 2.0l Ecoboost in my 17 Escape and haven't really noticed a huge difference between 87 and 93.
As for the film, I think it could be worth it but I'm opting to go with a local company directly...
Good luck keeping it going. The "Vette wave" seems to have largely died out 5 or 6 years ago and of the folks I know who own both, they always seemed to think the Vette wave had a better foothold than Jeep.
Given a long enough timeline, everything dies though, I suppose.
Sure, in a sense it's a clear question, but your proposed answers (not counting the 3 open ended ones) have a 12% spread and I just introduced an 8% margin of error with my use case. I guess in 2021, that's close enough for most people on a poll but for anyone that's genuinely curious about the...
This is probably where, as others have mentioned, the imprecise nature of your question makes this a really hard question to answer accurately.
The percentage one is going to save can only be calculated once you know what they were going to pay otherwise. And since price is a HUGE variable with...
I assume you're talking about this quote from the article?
" The 13.8 Gallon tank provides a driving range of 500 miles with the combination of approximately 40 mpg in the city, 33 mpg on highways, and 37 mpg combined. "
If so, pretty sure that's talking about the hybrid engine, not the...
1. Power passenger seat and auto dimming rear view mirror would be nice on any vehicle sold with a "luxury package" in 2022.
2. An interior color palette choice on XLT/Lariat that's not terribly ugly would also be welcome.
