I had a similar issue with the window being tight. The window was coming back down or not coming down at all and I was getting DDM errors in Forscan. Try a silicone spray in the channel before sanding. Fixed the issue for me.

I used this video to ensure the correct fuses being tapped. He also explains fuse placement in the fuse tap to ensure current is flowing. I hope you figure it out.

3 part question. Where in Forscan do you change this? Mine shows in Forscan as an AGM but I’m quite sure it’s a flooded battery. What did you change the battery charge level to? What would it be for a flooded battery?

Had it all wired up but the switch using included wiring but it wasn’t working. 🤔 Changed front fog (#6 BMC terminal) to fog from power supply works amazingly

Awesome. That’s what I figured. I’m going to run two wires from the BCM 6 & 7 to the engine and figure out how to splice them into the DD harness.

I used @Vtec87pr1 (Antonio’s) write up. He’s been able to make the factory F150 switch work with the Diode Dynamic fog light harness. If you have a hybrid there is a switch for you as well...

Totally agree it’s worth it. I did mine yesterday. The hardest part is running the wiring neatly and making it look clean in the engine bay.

Swapped with a salvaged 2020 Escape hybrid cluster (Several threads on how to do it). I had this working on the stock Lariat cluster before I swapped it out.

Confirmed although I think I added it through easy mode which changes it in the as built.

Yes, my front ones came with no adhesive at all. I recently added adhesive but occasionally my window gets stuck and I get A DTC for DDM (drivers door module) which I need to reset. Check for that in the DTC’s with Forscan as well.

I have the EGR in channel vent visors and occasionally have this issue. I sometimes have to pull the visors outwards to give the window a little more space. Then reset the window limiter
