I ran both wires to the fog lights when I initially installed and added the second wire for the BCM afterwards. I was hoping for the lights to come on when the fogs were off for cornering. I guess they have it set up similar to the head light turning off when signalling. Haven’t dug further...

Have this all set up. You have to wire left and right to pins 6 & 7 individually. When you put your left signal on left fog light turns off, right signal right fog light. IGNORE: So not true cornering as the light doesn’t come on with the steering wheel input but shuts off with the turn signal.

Exactly. I want it looking as stock as possible with the information that Ford intended. If it costs me $200-300 (salvaged parts) but ends up looking and working stock, that is the goal. The aftermarket ones with wires showing would always bother me. To each their own.

Escape and Explorer clusters are fully digital. The plastic above the cluster would need to be modified to accommodate the hud if it’s possible to use.

Vehicle has to be running to activate. Then you can turn off and should be on a timer til it runs out.

Also once you make the changes you have to turn it on from the steering wheel menu in screens
