Took a picture of the temperature displayed orange at 4 degrees. When changing to Fahrenheit the temperature returns to white. I would have thought it would have stayed orange at the Fahrenheit equal.

Here are a couple of videos on install a dash cam on a Maverick. Second one shows the fuses to tap. Run the wiring to the passenger side instead ending at the inside fuse panel. Use fuse taps to power constant and acc wiring for the camera wiring.

Not likely you can find a dealer willing to do it. Check out the multiple how to use FORScan threads in MTC. If you’re moderately tech savvy it’s not hard to do. If you have a windows laptop you can use the trial version with a OBDII connected cable or Bluetooth dongle.
