The heavy duty flasher is used when you have many lights in the same string as in a trailer. You can check with an RV dealership or with a trailer shop. Not sure if they will help though if the signal goes into the BCM before it goes out to the lights. I haven't checked in the fuse panel but...
I ran the scripts just as they are listed by Maverick2022XL. One thing though, there were a couple of them in the BdyCM and one in the trans cm that didn't take at first but I ran through all of them and saved after each of the changes and when I was done I went back through them and the ones...
not true. I have a 128GB thumb drive and the mav reads it just fine. But all of the music are on the root of the drive so there aren't folders to sort through
I have both traffic sign recognition and lane keeping on my EB/Fx4/Tow/Lux and they work well. I just get speed limit sign, actually haven;t attempted going down the wrong way on a one way or entering and exit, but both features work correctly as far as I can tell.
Some of us love to live where we have four distinct seasons and have learned how to enjoy them. Snow machines are fantastic fun. Tracked jeeps are even more fun than snowmobiles if you gear them right.
I got me VIN email the day it was built so I thought it was sent after the rig was done. But I got the Window Sticker a few hours later, along with some other come-ons. But I didn't initially print the window sticker as I usually just save the one the vehicle comes with and put it with the...
The problem was with 720-01-02. It wouldn't save the change and gave me an invalid value entry error. But I completed the other settings and went back and did that one again and it saved it so I believe there is some interdependency on settings but exactly what it is or how to diagnose it...
I am a bit surprised that you didn't get better mileage. I have an EB and I have had average MPG in that range, though it is rare, still I would have thought the hybrid would get closer to 40 or 45 mpg on the road.
I have a small hot air pencil that works perfectly for doing heat shrink on most automotive wiring.. It's a torch but it has a catalytic converter so there is no flame and it is possible to regulate the heat output. But how many times have I seen people shrinking tube with a lighter or torch...
Also if you have to park somewhere insecure, the trifold is more difficult to get into. Also the trifold doesn't flap in the wind when it gets hot in the desert sun.
let me know when you make an off-road stale air box for it. That filter would be completely caked if I ran it to the cabin. Fine silt dust for 20 miles so the filters get plugged pretty fast when they are open in the engine bay.
That is the most impressive upgrade I have put on my Mav. But I welded mine and it is attached to the strut tower with all three of the strut bolts not just to the body through the cowl bolt. I believe the strut tower bolts are grade 5 and the cowl bolt is grade 3. I made it out of 1" x.120...
I lifted mine to keep the bumper from getting chewed up by weeds in the trails but I think, if they had been available when I lifted my Mav, I would have put on the Eibach lift springs. Eibach will give you more travel and you can get longer shocks and trailing arms. But if you are going to...
Just to be clear, AWD on a hybrid may look keen, yep I said keen, but is it really something you need? Without a second motor and the controls to run it, it would be like a man wearing a skirt. Possible but do you really want to be seen in public like that?
I run windows 11 and programmed lane-keeping last night. If you read back in this thread you will see the part number and a picture of the turn signal stalk.
