Wow, there is a lot a variance in the pricing of IR coatings. I had a buddy just get his new Bronco IR coated and it cost him only about $450+ another $150 for the IR interior ceramic windshield window side coating. I'm thinking the Mav may be a little cheaper???

In response to the Meguires solution....I have heard that there are better protection solutions. There are several YouTube vids on the different kinds. My Maverick is finally scheduled for production next week, so I'm NOT speaking from experience, BUT I have already ordered the door jamb...

The aforementioned conversion can be found by GOOGLING "MyMavMode Ford" Maverick Drive it's $40 on E-bay. There's a link to a YouTube video in his description. It looks pretty easy to install. Maybe 20 minutes.

I had a 3M PPF on a 1965 Shelby Cobra. In the hot Texas sun, (after being on the car 8 years) it started cracking and it was an excruciating pain in the butt to remove. WARNING don't let this happen! It cost more to remove the cracked PPF than it cost to install it.
