I have not seen any decrease in performance at all, I wouldn't be surprised to find that the electrical length is the same as factory antenna, is it machined out of a solid piece of bullet aluminum. But, if it doesn't work for you I think Cravenspeed offers free returns.. Bill

Where did Ford mount the inverter, I don't have the factory installed unit but would like to poke around where the company normally mounts them to see if by chance the harness is in place..... Any help appreciated!
