WHY should you have to send them a video??? They should immediately send you out a replacement set and issue a shipping tag to return the defective ones.

I would doubt that a dealer would pay $1700 for what would amount to a 2 year extended warranty (3 yr factory + 2). Keep in mind that the majority of those 2nd party warranties are pretty much worthless, with high rates of coverages being declined and extended wait times at repair shops...
