Nitrogen in cars aren't worth it. There isn't that much of a pressure swing on cars. I service tires almost daily on aircraft 220+ psi for the past 35+ years and not once have I added nitrogen to my vehicle.

Should be able to change the country codes. My F150 was originally from Canada and had to change country code in my APIM and ACM for my SiriusXM and a few other items.
