Shout out from Mid-coast Maine

Found a Black XLT Hybrid that a customer had turned down in Brunswick on Friday. It was the only hybrid in the state that I could find.
Drove down Saturday, bought it, and due to a recent shoulder surgery, I was unable to test drive it, OR drive it home.
Dealer said they deliver anywhere in the state, free of charge, so yesterday afternoon it arrived in the driveway.
Got cleared by surgeon to drive this morning, so I've been out enjoying the Mav experience.

The only thing I'd like to change so far is the orange accent striping on the interior vents. I know it's small, I just don't like it. I'd love to do red on black trim mods like sill protectors and MAVERICK letters in the tailgate...but that orange would have to go first.

This is the first Ford I've purchased since a '66 Mustang in 1971. I've always been a Bowtie guy, so I'm WAY outside of my normal comfort zone at this point.

Congrats on getting the Maverick. Mine has been up your way a few times (Tenants Harbor/Port Clyde/Owls Head). We'll be back in Owls head in August for the Transportation Museum Annual Auction. I volunteer there every year.
