No issue with my Hyb with 8k, my wife's Hyb with 12k, and family members Hyb with 16k are all '23 Lariats. That's not to say I will not have any issue in the future. It's mechanical it could south at any point or the electronics could have the smoke let out of them.

Mine cracked as well. I ended up paying 230 after using some of my FORD points. Not sure how it got cracked, but it was.
That 230 was part of the $ I was saving for a FT-991A, SOB! I didn't go the tape route as it would have bugged me knowing that there is a crack there...
For my bluetooth music I use PowerAMP EQ app, leave the settings on sync flat and use the EQ to adjust the sound to my liking. As far as SiriusXM and FM... I just roll with it. I haven't used the FM side of any radio for the past 21 years.
