When you open the door after shutting off the vehicle, it thinks, and rightly so, that you wish to exit the vehicle and so turns everything off. If you want the radio to stay on after you open the door, place ignition switch in ACC first. ACC is on a timer and will shut off after a while. Steve

Looks like a well-engineered kit. -However- Stiffening up the rear with no changes to the front will make your maverick prone to oversteer. For those who don't know, oversteer is the tendency for the rear tires to lose grip on the road while turning in low-traction scenarios (wet roads, etc.)...
