Nope. Not only is the intercooler AFTER the turbo, the intercooler by itself is not going to "increase the engine's output."

All Ecoboosts (if not all turbo engines at this point) have intercoolers; this is just a larger one for performance applications. In any case, this cools the pressurized intake air. Oil cooling is handled elsewhere.
