Your would think but I believe it has to do with Fed. safety laws that require dedicated battery for exterior lights and braking system for passenger and firefighter safety.

Has anyone heard about this company, Clarios? I recently noticed their commercial on TV for high-end, 12V AGM and Lithium-Ion batteries designed exclusively for EV and Hybrids. Supposedly they are designed for deep discharge and extreme temperature environments...
This ain’t no limited edition kinda thing. I mean, velocity blue is atlas blue, in most peoples eyes. Feel special about just owning a Maverick because, In about four years, every pool company and auto parts store will have a slew of these trucks sitting around; what color, will not matter.
Be careful, depending on your built, this color has been causing problems in initial ordering.

The way I understand it, someone correct me if I’m wrong but this is supposed to be applied later in the production process, after the vehicle is built. It’s in Ford’s ordering system WBDO and obviously verifiable by Ford Corp. and your dealer, without your immediate involvement.
Don’t work like that no more. They care, it waste employee manpower and nets them zero profit. Most commission employees and sales managers get bonuses for clearing sales.
It’s a simple fix, dealerships need to charge a deposit for orders. Even if they are refundable, doubt many want to come out of pocket and have to chase their money down, when they have to cancel all their damn orders!
The way I understand it, and someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the ROVP is the process and the COVP is the confirmation that usually has a number. The Maverick kinda had a different process than most of Fords lineup.
The Ford Corp. chat/phone team are VERY good. They have handled plenty of...
Yeah, I hear you. I have a set of wheels with these tires just waiting for my XL to come. I would say. In Houston, you need a tire that has good wet weather, water clearing. That places has torrential rain and it floods like crazy.
There have been several members who have had legit orders, that never received the confirmation email. Really the most important part is getting that ROVP submitted and verified by Ford Corp. chat/phone.
They’re out there. I don’t get paid to sell for them but they could chime in or you can make some calls and forum searches, you will see what was and is being offered. Key is to not get baited into rushing, you have time to do your homework and make an informed decision. Good luck.
