For those rolling 22’s into 23, they are sending out DORA’s for signatures and most should have already received their Ford acknowledgement of the order placed. Supposedly these are supposed to be “ prioritized’ but my DORA says Priority 16, instead of 10 or 11. I’m pissed but I figure I can...
Dealership rules have changed: The get evaluated on their conversion rate and have to have a match between the person who ordered and the person who purchased. If not, they get reprimand loose future allocations.
This is why this ordering model is flawed. The dealerships also have an interest in taking as many orders as they can, knowing that may drive allocations in the future.
I’m all about free market but I feel like this does hurt the persons ordering in smaller markets, that get drown out by the...
To my knowledge, All 22 orders that are going to be built have already been scheduled. Many members have reported that their 22 orders are still in priority 1 and 2 but that likely those orders will be deleted by Ford or the Dealerships, in some type of reconciliation process (TBD), when the 23...
Yup, apparently so. Seems like Ford doesn’t want to be bothered to internally differentiate the 22 rollovers from the new 23 orders, leaving it in Dealers hands. Only with a “recommendation” to assign a lower priority code. If your dealer normally assigned 10’s to every order, then it...
Just stop communicating with them until they send something in writing, explaining EXACTLY what their claim is. Odds are that will never happen. Go out and enjoy your truck! Don’t let them ruin the new car experience!
It’s a 70ah battery. I believe, the EB and the hybrid have different batteries, the EB had an AGM and the hybrid has a Lead Acid. Strange that the ICE engine uses an AGM and the hybrid doesn’t. Can come one confirm?
It certainly could. The two EV’s I’ve owned both eat 12v accessory batteries like crazy, mostly due to how the 12v is charged and depleted. Maybe due to the constant demand and deep discharge, it makes more sense to have an easily removable one.
