  1. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Yeah, I believed only one per customer but if anyone has more than one 22 order that rolled, chime in.
  2. Who will be first to confirm a 2023 VIN has been issued?

He’s too busy clearing some room out in the garage!
  3. Disillusioned with my MY22 Maverick order

Oh wow, I’m sorry. Thank you for being brave and sharing your story with the forum. This is a real hard time to have an enjoyable vehicle purchase. The Maverick and Ford as a corp. aren’t unique to these challenging times. They can blame the economy, pandemic, or everyone just wanting some...
  4. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Agreed and what really gets ugly is if you ordered more than one 22 build. Do you get a rebate credit for all your orders or just one per person? Really strange manner of handling an issue that Ford Corp. handled very differently in the Branco rollovers.
  5. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Plausible, for sure. I selfishly hope this is a priority of Ford Corp. but who knows. They have a track record of building orders based on several factors and profit is the name of the game.
  6. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Completely agree. There is absolutely NO foreseeable route where Long McArthur builds all their order and I do feel that maybe Tim kinda put his foot in his mouth, inviting all other unbuilt 22 orders over to their dealership. Even though some customers will be disappointed, I feel he was doing...
  7. What winter tires??

    +1
  8. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Completely agree, I wouldn’t be surprised if Ford is almost breaking even on the XL as a “Loss Leader” to bring people to the door, but recognizing they got what they wanted, now it’s time to ramp up profits. Many here on the forum have echoed this sentiment. To bring this thread back toward...
  9. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

I hear you! Hybrids aren’t everyone’s cup-of-tea but what makes the Maverick appealing is its price paramount and second, it’s utility. If you want a real truck, this isn’t for you. At the risk of offending others, I don’t care what they slap a Tremor badge on; This is an economy, unibody SUV...
  10. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Hybrids are more popular in the warmer climates, TX, CA and FL too. They sell way more in these regions.
  11. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Hello fellow Floridian! I hope you’re doing okay after this rather stressful rash of weather, and all. I have to humbly disagree with you as this is Ford’s system that they created and Long McArthur is just playing the game. I don’t think Tim should be the face of Long McArthur’s business...
  12. My dealer says they have adequate allocations

Hey, I wish you best of luck but if Tim from Long McArthur Ford, whom in most people’s eyes, is the MOST open dealer here in the forum, doesn’t want to talk about this year’s allocations, that means it ain’t good. Allocations are down and even the large dealerships are hoping they get more...
  13. To moonroof or not to moonroof. That is the question

Not with the 23 rate increase. Honestly, it’s something you use for the first year of ownership and then forget about. Not a very high value item in my experience.
  14. Brake caliper covers from MGP Calipers installed

  15. Placing orders through multiple dealers

Wow, two posts and want to mix it up already. Keep reading the forum, do your research and you will see it’s not that simple. Good luck with your orders, if you ever see one built.
  16. 6" - 8" Lift Kit for Mavericks?

I’ve seen it, doesn’t look that bad in velocity blue.
  17. Elephant in room: Around 80% of orders are Hybrids.

Oh there is an elephant in the room, already…
  18. Mullinax Ford

Wait, Yes. You can periodically check on your order with Ford Corp. via phone or chat: https://www.ford.com/help/contact/?gnav=header-support
