Mine took about 2 weeks to Sonoma County Dealer (arrived last Feb - see my tag). Ford customer service could see when it moved from AZ to CA. They were very nice on phone. Hope yours gets there very soon!! Kathy

Battery is under rear seat. Easy access. Post in Engine compartment for jump start. You should ground to chassis when jump starting.
