  1. Full digital gauge cluster from Ford Escape swap into Maverick

You need to load your factory as-builts and enable things 1 by 1 to rule out what setting you are turning on incorrectly. I have done a couple of these clusters in Chicago already and have not had an issue with any of them like yours even after they have gone and changed things in forscan by...
  2. Full digital gauge cluster from Ford Escape swap into Maverick

The lost communication with ECM/PCM A seems to be related to the Traction control button after more digging on the Ford PTS website. I will be doing a deep dive at the end of august into my DTC's to figure it out. It seems like we might be able to get the traction control button to work after...

It's a new truck and the people in this thread are the first adopters and troubleshooters. I've had my digital cluster on now for 8,000 miles. No issues other than what I mentioned on the previous page which doesn't really affect anything. Most of the bugs are figured out and it's just the last...

I had to postpone progress until my truck gets fixed. Another week or so and I should have it back. Waiting on the hood to be delivered. That's an interesting part number. Once you get it all hooked up, would you mind grabbing the firmware from it?
  8. DIY HOW TO: Install adaptive cruise control in Maverick Hybrid XLT with Luxury package

I had to take a step back from exploring this. A shovel flew up on the highway and smashed up my truck pretty good. Sorting our repairs and waiting on parts. I should be back on this in about a month. Haven't had a chance to pick up the terminals that I specced above. But hopefully soon.
  9. Full digital gauge cluster from Ford Escape swap into Maverick

So I am having an interesting issue. Seems like it happens to other models when you swap in digital clusters. From what I Understand, the database that Forscan pulls firmwares from does not have the firmware for the Maverick CCM just yet. 12. Full digital gauge cluster from Ford Escape swap into Maverick

You don't have to do any of that. You can just change how many fuel senders it's configured for and how big your gas tank is through forscan. If you load your existing as-built to the digital cluster it will accomplish the same thing. Start to finish swapping the cluster including loading your...
