Even though this doesn't apply to the Maverick, I'll update my experience with Suburban Ford. They finally reached out and will be reimbursing me $155 on the doc fees. They will also be reapplying the paint protections as I don't believe they actually did it.

Does anyone know if the bed extender from an f150 would fit? I imagine it would be too wide but I like the one on the F150 that folds into the sides.

I believe it will once you enter a VIN number. Mine isn't there either and I never even received the confirmation email. I believe my salesman used his email to submit the order.
