Went to order one of those new Michigan plates and the website appears to be down. Guess I will need to try again later. I really don't want to go in person. If worse comes to worse I'll just renew at a self service station and keep the old white plate.
Are you able to change these plans after you buy? I'm not putting a lot of miles on my car now, but that may change in the future. If I buy a low mileage plan now, can I upgrade it to a higher mileage plan by paying the difference?
