My 2023 carbon gray XLT came with black letters installed as well as the floor liner set and the McGard tailgate lock(improperly installed, but I fixed it).
Makes my shopping list shorter.
My after Line-X clean-up turned out to be a bit more than I expected.
One broken bolt in the power center panel which I drilled out and re-tapped, 120 volt power plug left unplugged, and the eight holes for bed rails, or whatever, plugged with Line-X which I cleared out with a tap.
Still a nice...
I had issues initially getting the different functions of Co-Pilot 360 working.
Despite the good advice here I could not get it going.
The salesman at the Ford dealer did a blazing speed flip flop of buttons and did get it going, just as was described and I had been trying to do, oh well.
I...
I've seen the cable operated spare tire mechanism corrode up and become inoperable quite rapidly in areas where salt is used on the roads in winter.
Those mechanisms require a grease or similar substance to help prevent corrosion and keep the things operable.
Steel rims should also get some...
I bought a carbon gray Maverick right off the transport truck at the end of October.
A pretty much loaded XLT FWD 2.0L.
Love the truck.
Line-X premium applied, Rough Country rubber bed mat and tri fold soft tonneau cover installed as well as an AVS Bugflector II and a tailgate assist.
A few...
My XLT came with the McGard tailgate lock installed.
McGard's instructions call for the sheet metal piece to be removed.
My metal bracket was in the glove box.
My 2015 Ford Edge has an auto dimming rear view mirror.
Have you checked in to mirrors offered by Ford for compatibility ?
There have to be lots of Fords in the junkyards also.
Check out Waxoyl. It is what Land Rover specified for their vehicles.
It never really dries hard. The inside of doors, etc. get a different coating sprayed in.
I've had 3 vehicles done. One lives in Florida now after only one winter up North.
Two of them live in Vermont so are exposed to a...
I would think all Maverick model cab interiors probably get the same brackets and cable harnesses.
The factory then plugs in what the finished truck gets.
Seats, seat heaters and whatever else might get specified and installed.
Seems logical anyways.
I've had Rhino. It was softer. It never tore in my truck but some others in magazine reviews had reported issues.
I had Line-X Premium sprayed in my new Maverick. $ 801 dollars and change including Florida tax.
A Rough Country 3/8" thick rubber mat, $ 99.95, went in on top of the Line-X.
I like...
I had an Extang Trifecta soft trifold on a 2007 Toyota Tundra for 8 or 9 years.
I managed to put one hole in it towards the end but it never leaked up until that point.
After reading all the reviews on Rough Country's soft trifold I bought one.
Haven't had it long enough yet to know how it...
I had Line-X premium done on my Maverick right after I bought it.
Almost $200 cheaper than Ford wanted for their spray in liner.
I added a 3/8" thick rubber bedmat from Rough Country, quite inexpensive extra protection.
I think you will have better luck with paint.
Installing the wheels on the truck will require lug nuts to be installed during which your new shiny plasti dip will likely be damaged. It is not noted for it's durability.
