What about the exhaust system and intake? If stock exhaust remains, is there evidence it was re-installed for the sale/trade-in? Same with the intake/CAI, BOV, etc. .. I would be curious to know what happens when going into the LC screen and also to know if it actually works (worked)...

Witness marks applied when torqued/assembled to quickly visually signify they were properly tightened/assembled/aligned. Very common. .

Please explain why if an OEM could simply bolt on an accessory that cost them $35 to produce and netted an additional 5 MPG (+20%) to their average EPA mileage numbers for that model they wouldn't incorporate it into very vehicle.. .

If an OEM tailgate spoiler netted an additional 5 mpg every single Maverick Ford ever produced would have been equipped with one from the factory. .

It doesn't appear you understood my comment above.. There are those of us who have made the choice to take measures to protect ourselves and our families rather than call and (only) rely on LEO support to protect us... Not completely unlike keeping some complement of tools in our vehicles in...

While I have a large garage full of some of the best tools, and I've never been sorry for buying the best tools, Harbor Freight has a great set that's compact and can usually fit behind the Maverick's rear seat and always fits under the rear seat. It makes a good base to customize and build...

Good job OP. Mine are stored under the rear seat 97% of the time allowing full view out the back window .

Titan's, S&B, (and other's) extended tanks are for diesel. The reason Titan and others don't make any extended range gas tank is that the gas tank is part of the vehicle's certified Emissions Control system which is Federally and CARB regulated. They would have to go through a ton of testing...
