How many miles? the shuddering/noise is a thing. Well documented in this site, could be a bad part (damper) or just needs breaking in. I used to have it, not anymore after more miles racked up

Get in touch with your dealer, another member had these symptoms and it turned out to be a damper in between the engine and transmission in the hybrid system.
