The dealer won't be able to do anything to "fix" it and Ford has promised a fix for almost a year and a half and has again made a promise for later this year. Don't hold your breath that they ever will.
As I said, this is just about 1/3 of the tapes I have. Some of the albums were never re-released on cassette or CD. Actually the sound quality on 8 tracks is superior to any cassette tape. You must have had an el-cheapo brand 8 track deck. Besides the mid-grade Realistic and JC Penny's MCS...
Retirement funds are taken care of. These were bought many years ago when they were quite affordable. Also alot were purchased when record stores transitioned to cassettes and sold 8-tracks for 50 cents to a dollar each.
They all work. I repair any of the foil joints where the loop is joined. I have these home players and another 10 in storage since they don't make them anymore.
Is your trifold the Ford Advantage Backflip folding tonneau cover? If it is, I can absolutely guarantee that it is not adjusted properly where it sits on the top of the sides. Ours in our 2023 Lariat does not leak into the bed one drop of water, whether through a car wash, or in a heavy...
I would like something to play my own 8 tracks (this is about 1/3 of my collection) in the Maverick. I'll probably end up wiring a 8-track player to a Bluetooth device and powered by the 110v outlet on the back of our Lariat's center console.
Tell your dealer to replace the battery under warranty. If you're getting deep sleep the battery is already damaged and will soon completely fail leaving you stranded somewhere. Don't take no for an answer. If they give any guf, tell them you want to talk to the general manager, not some penny...
Get yourself an Ancel BM-200 and put it on your battery. You can get it from Amazon like we did. It's very inexpensive and logs the battery temp, SOC and voltage.
This is the device on Amazon:

The hooks on the front are so the body shop can pull the crumple zones apart on the unibody if the owner was foolish enough to think the Maverick could ever be an off-road ready vehicle.
And yet everyone claims that Ford has solved the problem by simply putting in an AGM. Baloney. As you already know, there is something going on with the rediculous current discharging on a Maverick hybrid. It shouldn't lose its state of charge in such a short period of time.
You must live at a lower elevation. 85 is fine for many older low compression vehicles at an average elevation in the state of around 6,000 feet. Maverik gasoline is very good quality, especially the ClearGas ethanol free.
This hasn't been needed yet for most owners here in our area since the local dealership said it is typically changing out the owner's hybrid's 12v battery under warranty two or three times (or more) over the first two years of ownership.
Wonder why people say the location is difficult to...
I agree completely with your comments on the rediculous reasons that a certain lobby group got corn into our vehicles.
Fortunately a price difference here in our state isn't one of those.
Here are the prices in our city today at a Maverik Adventure Store near us:

The Maverick was featured in an ad/article contained in an e-mail sent out today from @Realtruck. The article deals with cold weather, tire pressure, and the TPMS system.

What size garage do you have? We can park both our Maverick and our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Double-Cab Worktruck Edition with an 8 ft. bed in our 2-car attached garage at the same time. An F-150 would leave room to spare. Guess they aren't making full size attached garages anymore.
