Sounds right, they're steep but worth the price of admission.👍
  2. Speaker upgrade question

Yes if you upgrade the factory speakers with aftermarket it will be a big difference in sound quality. Then if you like down the road you can add a aftermarket subwoofer either a compact kicker hideaway behind the rear seat or one in a custom enclosure on the left or right side under the...

  5. Transmission Fluid Change Procedure for Maverick EcoBoost -- DIY how-to video

Just did my 1st Drain & Fill on my 2024 at 23,337 miles when I changed my oil as well. Took 4.5 qts of Mercon ULV, process wasn't too bad. Just wish there was a transmission dipstick, vs having to remove the ds wheel to check proper level. I purchased a 1 gallon container of Mercon ulv...
  6. Happy Thanksgiving

    Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 everyone.
  7. Add painted door handles on lower trims (easy DIY mod)

Looks good, I just removed the oem black handles and mirror caps on my XLT and PTM'd them. Then I used 2K clear, turned out good imo. I also did my grill bar and front and rear ford logos, as well as the fender badges.
  8. Hertz K165 with Sound Deadening in Passenger Front Door

I chose the stock dash corner location for the Hertz tweeters with the K170 kit, sounds much cleaner than the oem twetters and door speakers. Used cloth tape to fatten up the tweter housing to fit in the stock location.
  9. 21,600 cabin filter change.

Very simple took 5 minutes start to finish. Open glove box, release 2 tabs on each side, release dampener on ps if equipped, remove glove box, push two tabs outwards on each side of filter door, remove filter door, remove and replace filter. Then reinstall in reverse order.

  13. Cargo Bed Light

Very easy just alot of small bolts to remove then later reinstall. That's what took the most time, but it was worth it in the end for the results.
  14. 21,600 cabin filter change.

I'm in the Midwest the AC's constantly on in the summer time, it gets to 110 above with the heat index June-September. Only about 25% of the time is the AC or heat not on.
  15. 21,600 cabin filter change.

Yeah did the same, and bought mine around 15k miles, then sat on my garage shelf as I forgot about it at the 20k mark.
  16. 21,600 cabin filter change.

I change the engine air filter every 3rd oil change so 12k miles. I won't use k&n filters, only oem motorcraft.
  17. Cargo Bed Light

It should automatically turn on when you open and close the doors as well as lock and unlock the vehicle. If they're not working either the bulbs have burnt out and need to be replaced or you have a bad circuit somewhere. There's also a push button switch left of the steering wheel next to...
  18. Another Dash Noise (and Fix) Post

That stuff works amazing for rattles in vehicles. Plastic on plastic clip together or not is a remedy for rattles anywhere. I use the same thing on the door panel clips of my 2012 f150 XLT, which had numerous rattles in the DoorDash caused by the cliphangers on the metal door skin interior...
  19. 21,600 cabin filter change.

Not at all noticeable loss of air flow out the vents, nor odors or smells. Just a skanky looking filter.
  20. 21,600 cabin filter change.

I'm more than likely start doing it every 12-15k miles.
