Hey! That’s my ride!
The one minor annoyance with the Bronco Sport wheels is finding a center cap to replace the ones that comes with the wheels. I’m looking for something with “Ford” instead of the kicking horse. Yeah, a first world problem.
Had to shuttle a bike out to my daughter. So I dug around and finally found my old Yakima fork mount bike attachment.
Here it is on my Bedrock.
Round bars! Old Skool baby!
shoot, I didn’t do a through enough search of registered user names on this site. I thought I was original when I joined in Jan and took possession of my Ionic Silver Mav.

re: Bellevue airfield
As a kid, I used to run across the airfield runway to get to the Fisher Drugstore where the Toyota dealership is at now to buy candy and Matchbox cars.
If you look closely when you drive I-90 through Eastgate there are a few light poles still painted orange and white as...
I’m reaching the point in life where Ranchero’s word are truth. When you are dust in the dirt, you really won’t care about the extra $’s spent.
Carpe Diem
Keeping with my frontier, diy mentality I bought a roll of thick clear door edge/sill tape and cut my own. I also used it for laying a strip on the tailgate, on the bottom edge that gets beaten up when loading and unloading things.
Simple but gets the job done.
Although its just a U Haul, just don’t be this guy/gal.

At 60 yo, the Maverick is my 3rd truck. The Tundra that it replaces was da bomb! I’m liking the Mav as a cheap, efficient truck. Does what I need it to do with dump runs and light towing.
I got my 90yo dad into a hybrid Mav, he’s loving the mileage and is having a good time customizing it...
Not here. I'm in WA near Seattle. We don't do sun here!:)
Wait, the suns out here on the Eastside…
Oh wait, there it goes.
No, its back.
It’s starting to sprinkle.
No, wait…..
yep- I get the higher revs too when I’m pulling my boat and use tow mode.
I have a long and steep hill I travel with my rig and using tow mode on the 40mph descent leads to revs around the 3700-4000rpm range. Kind of annoying.
I see what you are cautioning folks about. The rearmost tip of the load will swing wide, outside the lane and could strike objects adjacent to the lane.
I can see that when travelling down a street lined with parked cars, the truck turns left into a driveway and the load will swing wide to...
yeah, he fist sprayed them metallic gray ( he has Carbonized Gray), didn’t like that so he sprayed the wheels black. He then thought it was too plain so he jumped on Amazon and ordered the covers.
Comparing yours vs his, I have to say that the rims being black look better.
I have to give...
Bruh,
Your in a okay spot since you don’t need the truck.
I’d be calling dealerships on the mainland seeing what’s available now. You already set a price level that you could stomach for that trim level, so what would be price shipped from the mainland?
You might try a counter to their...
Man, you guys are fancy. I trimmed up an old membership card using CAD ( Cardboard Aided Design) and trimmed a couple plastic L brackets to lock the front panel in place with double back tape and voilĂ .
Had some scrap outdoor carpet that I taped at the bottom to reduce rattle noises.
I did the switch swap on my XL, 2.0l EcoBoost, and 4K tow. I think you have an incorrect value in the SCCM module.
This worked for me:
SCCM: 724-02-01 1258 6820 3050
BCM: 726-04-05 CB28 8140 8872
ABS: 760-03-02 0200 0000 0573
Go see post #5 of the “DIY Forscan enabled Cruise control XL...
Its likely that it would work, but something you could inquire to the Yakima folks.
There are some other options for bed rail racks. I saw something on the Home Depot site that seems sturdy.
