Has anyone verified if the rear speaker are full range or not? I'm asking because on the F150s they have lower frequencies blocked on the rear speakers. I just hoping nobody is missing out on some free bass. We usually recommend tapping the front speakers for all platforms so not F150 specific.
Everyone has wants and some have more than others. There are many posts from B&O owners and their experiences after the upgrades made. Perhaps get their personal opinion. I'm fairly certain you'll repeatedly see the same results.
My F150 came with the 8" screen non amplified system. It looks exactly the same from what I had seen recently. I could be incorrect as I've yet to test and install any system yet on this platform personally. I believe I've made a few harnesses for members here on this forum already without any...
The Kicker key amps will not tune with any subwoofer connected as indicated on their instructions. I've tried to in the past and have gotten failures with tuning it this way. Also, if running the amp in bi amp configuration you'll need to disconnect the rear speakers for tuning purposes.
We've tested this many times on the F150s and there really isn't any audible difference between a flatten eq and stock. The Key amp does a wonderful job at tuning and Kicker didn't expect anyone to have Forscan prior to purchasing their amps. They built it to tune a stock system. I hope this...
Let me know if I can help with any questions. I'm an audio vendor here and have noticed the Maverick being nearly identical to the F150s. I'm very familiar with both the amplified and non amplified systems.
I no longer maintain a website as it was too much work for this one man show. I sell electronics and build custom wiring harnesses for people. I've been an audio vendor on multiple forum for many years now. I'm happy to offer what I've learned over the years to people on the forum. Please feel...
There are plug and play kits already on the market for the B&O so my custom harnesses are not required if those were the questions. The kits that work for the B&O are the NavTV Zen and PAC units. I sell both. Those are the bypass units you'll need for a clean signal to the amplifiers. I do not...
Oh I must have missed it but just saw it now. That's great news and such a cheaper alternative than trying to get a DSP to fix it. I have used much cheaper OBDII devices so hopefully this helps you all save a few bucks. The one I bought only cost $30 but that was a few years ago. Here is the...
I'm wondering if you can try the same codes that flatten the signal on the F150s to work on the Mavericks? If someone wants to give this a try and report back that would be awesome.

One flattens and the other provide a low level instead of high level...
The Kicker Key makes the process super easy since they provide a microphone and it only take the push of a single button to get the automatic tuning done. Paired with my plug and play harness makes this a super simple install. I've built over a thousand of these for the F150 guys as well.
Aftermarket speakers are built with a massive magnet, hence requiring a lot of power to move the cone. I would highly recommend amplifying the speakers so you can appreciate the best possible sound. The manufacturer usually provides a recommended power range for optimal performance. The factory...
