My truck is now built. Tracker says awaiting shipping. Still no private offer. Customer service says my dealer needs to take care of it. Dealer says they cant do anything. Any recommendations on how i get this taken care of.

When checking the tracker i had been seeing my schedule date 10/23. Now the tracker says 10/27 in production which was friday. Does that mean that it is actually on the assembly line as of that date. I havent received any different emails stating anything since the schedule date email

I just got off the phone and my private offer is not populated at this time. My truck was moved to production last night. The rep said to give it a week and check back.

Mine was a 10/23 date that moved to production last night. When will the special offer emails start coming. My dealer says probably not until built as they have an expiration date on them

My dealer said the special offer wont show up till the truck is built as they have an expiration time on them.

The aftermarket will come up with a plug and play set up eventually. Pop the shifter out and unplug the harness ,plug new one in and snap back into the console. Hopefully sooner than later.

Normally i get in processing. This says entered into the ford ordering system. Is this same thing just different wording. Also priority code 2

So i dont know if this is good or bad but i recieved 2, 2024 emails about a half hour apart. 9:30 and 10:00 pm. They both have my same order code as my 2023 but one has my first inital and last name as my 2023 is done and the second has my full first and last name
