How long before some aftermarket company makes a console top with integrated lever shifter that is plug and play. Since it is electronic it doesn't real matter if its a dial or an old style shifter moving electronic contacts.

The dealer where my truck is order has an ecoboost awd on the lot for 10k over msrp. My question with all of these over msrp sales is 1 the loan. How does a bank finance the amount over msrp and 2 insurance, how does that cover the amount over msrp.
