The biggest issue I had with the Conti's is they have terrible grip during heavy rains. The truck would hydroplane like nothing. With that said the AWD system does a good job of reacting and keeping the truck from sliding all over the place.
Only advice I can give is if you have A/S tires...
Have you rotated them? I changed mine early for better tires but based on the amount of wear vs mileage they should have lasted until around 50k miles. I also rotate mine at every oil change which is at about 5k intervals.
I redid the test only this time I got it down to 20F while the engine was running before cutting the power. I also set the Euhomy voltage monitor setting to H1 which should guarantee the BMS would cutoff power before the compressor did. It ran 4 hours without any issues until the power point...
Use a battery isolator for that application like an NXV BIR200 isolator which is designed specifically for running audio systems off an aux battery in a vehicle. what it does in a nutshell is it allows your aux battery to function as a dedicated power source for the audio system without any...
Of course the Maverick was going to win in the compact pickup category. How much competition does it have in that category 0 maybe 1 vehicle if they consider the Santa Cruz a truck and not an SUV with a bed?
I have one of those coolers also just a slightly different model that holds about 38qts and has wheels and a handle. On my truck which is a 2022 when I first hooked it up as a test I was able to get it from about 72F to 20F in about 15 minutes with the key off and run for about up to an hour or...
One modification you may want to consider is changing how long power is provided to the 12 volt plugs with the key off. By default it is somewhere between 1 - 2 hours. You can change that to whatever you like or disable it outright. The BMS sensor should override that when the battery gets down...
The breakin period applies conventional oil you buy at the store. That is true they use a specialized oil out of the factory that extends the oil life during this period. If it was an issue that cost Ford money on warranty issues they'd spell it out in the owner's manual. Just follow what the...
It can but only the BCM's ability to monitor it. The BMS has it's own microprocessor and will continue to function. The correct method is to wire into the negative terminal cable in front of the BMS sensor and then the BMS sensor will take into account the extra current, voltage and temp...
Assuming the fuel system is engineered so that when you do top off the fuel you are not actually overfilling the system then it won't be an issue period. If it is not it will potentially cause issues with excess fuel in the air intake manifold for starters which in turn will affect the ECU...
I don't know about a cooler but a cargo bar is your best bet for a divider.
This is what I use but there are other brands and designs out there.

Carry it flat with the extender to keep the fascia from bending. Tie down front and back and if required by law where you are tie a red piece of fabric or plastic to the fascia overhanging the tailgate.
Unless you use it as work truck all the time get a tonneau cover. This way you can utilize the bed as a giant trunk without having to use tie down straps and such.
