This must be a new devices only feature, I have a Pixel 6 Pro which is about 4 years old and I'm running the latest Android 16 but I don't get those options with a long press on the widget.

Same as others, this is all I get on a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 16. I also checked to make sure that the app was up to date and that it had all the permissions it needed.
