Fair point. However, if you increase rim and sidewall size then it throws off your speedometer as it will report a slower speed then the speed your actually travelling.

Simplicity I think. Buy one 2x6, cut it to length, boom you're done.

That's smart. I actually think I have some 1 1/2" PVC conduit kicking around. Might use two lengths of that with 2x6 end pieces to slot in. Would provide a lightweight yet strong divider. 🤔

Thanks for this. So either a 2x8 ripped down to 6 1/2 or a 2x6 or less would work without issue. Might just grab a 2x6x10 and cut it to size for the two positions in your photos.

Yeah I know stock stereos don't have a lot of wattage but just wondering how many watts the Maverick sync 4 system actually comes with. I'm currently looking at the Kicker 46CSC674 upfront and the Kicker 46CSC44 for the rear. Sensitivities seem decent at 90db and 88db respectively.

Looking at upgrading the speakers and adding a sub in my 2025 as I find the factory stereo abysmal. Anyone know the stock wattage per channel for the new sync 4 system in the 2025?

Very nice. How deep would you say the mounting depth is for the rear 4" speakers? Crutchfield is saying most 4" don't fit but not sure how accurate they are considering it says some that have more mounting depth fit while others with less mounting depth don't.

The bigger the rim, the less sidewall and better performance in turns. The smaller the rim, the higher the sidewall and better comfort over bumps.

This is what I'm thinking of doing. I'll have to take them off, apply some protective tape, then reinstall them.

Is this still an issue or did they fix the mud flaps? Looking at picking up a MY25 that has them preinstalled. I want to keep them but not if they do paint damage.

Worst case scenario is they try to jack the price up when I go to pick it up and then I'll just walk away from the deal.
