I put these in my truck over a month ago here in Canada and they are great. I never knew they weren't available in the US before. I compared them to the Tuxmat's in my wife's HR-V and I swear they're the same quality just at a cheaper cost.
Is it just my eyes, just a weird reflection, or are there huge dents and scratches on the doors in the first pic? I swear I zoomed in and looked at that pic for a solid couple minutes now and still don't know for sure. 😆 It looks like dents but all the other pics look fine.
I ended up upgrading the sub to a Kicker CompRT 48CWRT104 today for the lower frequency response and better power handling. The RF was good but I was pushing the wattage to it and I wasn't sure if it would hold up over the long run.
I have the Autosaver88 branded soft rollup and don't have this issue. That front piece is suppose to be secured to the side rail piece via a screw is it not? That's how it is on mine at least.
Probably double that price up here in Canada. Haha
Edit* Just checked and they charge $20 to ship here. So $60 USD comes to about $85 CAD. So I was close in my original estimate of double the price up here.
On the 2025 there is no arrows like you see on the left of your screen. I literally just have what you see on the right and it sucks. Now I hate it even more that 24s have that and 25s don't.
I haven't tried Forscan yet. Don't have a cable but I may pick one up.
It would make sense to limit the low end of the rears on all trims due to their small size. I also agree it's best just to avoid tapping into them for this reason. They really should have just put the speakers in the doors and they could of just matched the front door speakers.
Interesting. Wonder what if any of these filters the XLT and XL shares in common. I know the front door speakers on my XLT do not have a high pass of 60hz because when I was setting my amp gain via a multimeter, the front speakers were begging for mercy on the 50hz test tone at volume level 22. 🤣
I see. I believe "Accubass" is to deal with bass roll off which most definitely can be useful in certain circumstances. I guess the real question is whether or not the Mav has bass roll off. If you do try running the system without the LCi let us know if you notice a difference in low end bass...
I also hate the balance and fade setup. I wish it had arrows or something I could click. The way I have it setup is the balance is moved forward around the middle of the front seats. It would be nice if I just could do say 5 clicks forward or whatever instead of dragging this ball with a cross...
The OEM speakers suck. They have almost no high-end and sound hollow.
What I'm referring to here is to get speaker level inputs for an amp to run a sub. There are reports that the rear speakers outputs have high pass filters on them which is a no no for running to a sub. Well, the 2022-2024...
