  1. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

It might be worth a shot. It most likely won't fit the enclosure though. If you can return it I'd probably build an enclosure and give it a try.
  2. Taco Truck + Prius = TruckPrius

    Nice! I love that color!
  3. My 2022 Maverick... So far.

Still want to add an exhaust. Considering lifting it and adding an intake.
  4. My 2022 Maverick... So far.

    Still in progress,
  5. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

I like TB too. I tried TB, Dayton and a Goldwood. But it all boils down to sound. To my ears, the Dayton sounded best. And it had the most punch by far IMO. Despite QT, it did not like the enclosure sealed. It could be that there wasn't enough volume, but the point was to use the existing...
  6. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

About me? Lol look in the mirror pal. The guy was happy with it yet you've done nothing but look for reasons to criticize every chance you get. Your nothing but a pest... The guy is happy and so am I. Leave it at that. It's not our fault you way over spent on your stupid system, chopped up all...
  7. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

It's all good. I get it. The sub does work, it's not "mashed against the seat back". It's just closer on the top than on the bottom because of the seat angle. And mine is about a quarter inch gap. It's not as awesome as yours. And that's should be good enough for you.
  8. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

I highly recommend at least replacing the door speakers with new component speakers as well. This made a dramatic difference in midbass and punch. I think this with the sub will give you what you're looking for. I know what you mean about that fatigue sound I think you're describing. My wife's...
  9. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

It was 1/4 inch weather strip rubber seal from home Depot. I put it inbetween the enclosure and the spacer, and again between the spacer and the sub. It compressed to approximately 1/4 inch in total. And I noticed you removed some of the enclosure. I did not have to do that at all. Is your cut...
  10. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Did you use the rubber seal on the spacer? That's the only thing I can think of that would make yours different. But it is tight. And mine does fit with the grill.
  11. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

I bet that sounds really good. And reasonably cost effective too. "I probably could have stopped here and enjoyed the sound system...but that's not me." I know what you mean. I have to restrain myself. Mine sounds good and I'm happy, but that DSP and custom sub is still calling me. I should...
  12. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Yeah, Is that the scar evl? I considered that sub. If I remember correctly it needs a lot of power to run it, and I wasn't sure the B&O amp would have enough juice to run a 200 rms dual coil sub. Plus, I didn't want to cut the enclosure. I bet you'd get a lot more out of that if you hooked it...
  13. Rattling Passenger Door Fix

That sounds like what mine was doing. If you have plastic pry tools and are careful, you should get it without scratching it. I used my pry tool on the lower side of the switch plate, between the handle and the door panel. I did not pry, but put the pry bar in the seam and lifted kinda hard. I...
  14. Rattling Passenger Door Fix

Found mine. It was the window switch in the passenger door. It's very loose in its housing. Wrapped it in sound deadener. I think it's more holding it still than deadening anything but it's quiet now.
  15. Passenger Rattle

Mine was the passenger door window switch rattling in its housing. Drove me crazy for weeks until I found it. I wrapped it in sound deadener. I think it's more holding it still than deadening any sound, but it's quiet now nonetheless. Hope this helps.
