If had to replace my Maverick today, I think I'd buy a 2025 Mav with the same specs as my current hybrid plus (maybe) AWD. That's based on current pricing, which I think still represents good value relative to the market.
The Maverick isn't perfect, but it suits me fine. I got over expecting...
Welcome! Nice truck!
Lots of folks report the mileage improving somewhat after the ICE is broken in—that's been my experience.
From your greeting ("Howdy y'all") I can see we share a common language. 🙂
Certainly.
To create it, I Googled "Gemini AI" on my phone to find the link and used the Web interface—I don't have the app installed.
The prompt was along the lines of
"Create an image showing 4 Ford Mavericks pick ups side by side on a highway in the colors and styles below.

Allow me to post the 853rd load o' mulch picture in this thread.😉
Given that we also own two F-150s, I find myself using the Maverick for (light) hauling more than I expected. It's just so handy, economical, and fun to drive.
I had a couple of earlier-generations Rangers and loved them. The current Ranger is a different beast but looks like a sensible, solid, capable truck. Enjoy!
No doubt concerns about price increases stemming from changes to import policy caused companies and consumers to make purchases sooner rather than later in lots of sectors. See this story
If it were me, I'd partially back out the drain plug to drain off the excess(I know, it will make a mess), wait a few minutes and recheck the level. I also check again after backing off the ramps. I'm a better safe than sorry guy.
My understanding is that the small speedometer/instrument cluster screen is also used to display the back up camera output .
The Slate wouldn't meet my current needs, but I bet it will appeal to a lot of people. My opinion is that EVs in all sorts of sizes and configurations will become a...
I can relate. My parents gave a set of ramps (also > 50 years ago) that I still use - used them to change the oil in my Maverick last week. Also have some tools that belonged to my dad and father in law. Prized possessions.
Had the recall done yesterday on my '24 XLT hybrid. Took about an hour.
I don't notice any difference in screen brightness or infotainment system performance so far. Even before the recall service, I never noticed any backup camera problems, the screen brightness seemed fine, and even using...
That's been my experience, too. My preferred dealer fits that description (plus it's a family-run business), and I've always felt that they treat me fairly, even as service managers and sales personnel have come and gone, and management has passed to a new generation.
Well, that explains this notice on FordPass:

I haven't driven McKendree Road, but I'm somewhat familiar with the area (having kayaked the New River Gorge, as well as sections of the Gauley, Cheat, Tygart, Cranberry, etc. years ago), and I'm duly impressed. Wild wonderful West Virginia is more than just a slogan. Really beautiful country.
