I've been tracking mine too. Mine went from Mexico to Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and has been sitting for a day in Gateway rail yard in Illinois. Hopefully it makes it to Atlanta sometime next week. and I can pick it up after waiting almost 1 year.
I read an article on the strike stating that the railroads were suspending transporting autos on Tuesday. Perhaps yours was put on the train and just missed the deadline. in any event, things should be moving along now. Enjoy your Maverick.
When was your car shipped? I know the railroads stopped accepting auto shipments on Tuesday so your Maverick may be sitting in a rail yard in Arizona. Call your dealer to get your rail car number. it will be on the VVR report. In any event, since the strike won't be happening, your Maverick...
It seems to be the normal route. I just checked and my (and probably your) Maverick has been at the Gateway Yard in East St Louis Illinois. I think this is where it will be transferred to CSX from Union Pacific.
I think you do need both if you want the Adaptive Cruise Control. Ford just made it a stand alone option and reduced the price of the lariat Lux package.
You are correct. I checked this morning too and it is in Kansas. I would think it would have gone further south to meet up with CSX in Memphis or New Orleans in order to go to Georgia, but what do I know?
