The issue they're saying is they didn't get the invoice with the price when I ordered it back in Oct 2021, but the invoice they sent when my truck was built is with the price increases from December & July.

I got the rail car number from the dealership. Then I called Union Pacific until it got to Illinois and then CSX until it arrived in Atlanta. The phone numbers are in a thread in the order tracking forum.
Did you use CSX or Union Pacific to track the rail car? Mine shipped on September 9th and is due in Atlanta tomorrow evening the last time I checked with CSX.
The Granger site does not offer enhanced car rental option. I don't know of any place that rents a car for $30 a day any more. The Flood Ford Site has a plan that offers rentals up to 60 dollars per day.
Wow, you were lucky. i called and the agent said he didn't have that info. I guess he was just lazy. I went to my dealer and got it. My dealer has been good about giving me copies of the VVR.
You will need to get the rail car number from your dealer. I didn't have any luck getting it from Customer service, but you may get lucky when you call.
