My AWD Fx4 xlt 23 stopped blowing cold air the other day for like 20 minutes. I got so mad, made the appointment for ford, and it started working again 🤷🏻‍♂️

Update - never looking back on those strakes/wind deflectors. Love how my fx4 maverick looks without them, and no more bottoming out! I picked up a sheet of black rubber on Amazon, and traced, cut, stretched, trimmed and installed 2 debris covers. Here’s a pic, cheers! - Oliva

Thank you all for chiming in. Does anyone know if the automatic collision braking was supposed to kick in? I don’t have 360, but my mav beeps and alerts me when I’m on a windy turn at good speed. Do I have this feature? Should it have kicked in? Impact was at less than 10mph

it’s the x4s from bak. No issues with it, being used a lot. It was a little wonky out of the box and I had to mod it slightly and add more weather stripping, but its main function and gaskets are all good. Thx

Mine only goes off if I’m coming around a bend at a good speed. Bummed it didn’t engage this time…

It’s a piece from high end cabinets, so it’s veneered and honestly it might be richlite or some other compressed non wood substance. None the less, my tonneau is sealed up well, and water shouldn’t be an issue.

Picked up 2 folding Northcaptian boat seats, and attached them to a particle board cut to slide from front to back. Counter sunk bolts and added 2 D rings with carriage bolts and a strap to keep it on the deck, but it’s just heavy and snug enough it doesn’t move on its own. Got the yeti cooler...

I’ll spare you all the details, but basically someone in a Tesla thought they’d sneak by me while I was already 3/4 the way through an intersection. My question, does the XLT have any sensors in the front bumper I should worry about? I don’t have 360 on this car, I buffed out most of the damage...

I just picked up the iconic 3 inch nerf bars from real truck. Question - how much ground clearance do you lose when you install these? I already removed the front wind deflectors to give me maximum clearance with my fx4 eco boost, if you can let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. Thx- John

I have a feeling these guys will make an adjustment and future versions will fit, so maybe just wait 6 months and email them.

The pad inside is wider than the entire tailgate by a hair, but the bigger issue being it doesn’t accommodate for the latches. Never even checked to see if it would close with the stuff attached, because it couldn’t close anyway. I have a video if you need more clarification but trust me...

What does the engine cover do for you? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
