Thanks for the heads up! Getting the feeling this is an update only for Ecoboost.

'25 Hybrid AWD with the same noise and has persisted for weeks. It seems to occur during warmer weather. Not terribly loud, but loud enough to make me think "uh oh, that's not good".

I still haven't received this update. Maybe it's not for the hybrid?

I've read each comment, used AI to find trusted external sources, and carefully deliberated both sides. I've come to the conclusion that I should use diesel. Did I do this right?

BP, Shell and others have more detergents in their premium octane. Best to do your own research for the brand of gas you use since there may or may not be a difference. I use Costco which uses the same detergent level across octanes.

I was curious if the Sync 4 version "25017_Product Revision: 1591" was the latest and greatest.

Is this the Sync 4 version y'all have on your Mavericks too? 25017_Product Revision: 1591 This is from a 2025 Maverick Hybrid if that matters. TIA!

Did y'all get this update? I'm still waiting. I've never received an OTA update since having the truck (purchased April 2025).

Thanks for the info. Man, I wish there was an easier way to know if your vehicle is up to date or not rather than reaching out to a guy on Facebook.
