I can spec a pro model on the Ford website for under 42k. Don't know what to tell you. Doesn't need to be a fleet order. Obviously that's the most base model. Did I say anything about range in my post? Or price of lithium? Maybe stick to commenting on what was posted, rather than what you...
?
The base F150 lightning is 40k. 30k (2022 dollars) for a base model electric maverick in a couple of years seems like a very reasonable estimate, especially considering how fast $/kWhr has been dropping.
I've had a VIN for a couple of weeks now (and a 6/6 build for a week), but the tracking website hasn't worked for a week. Chat says everything is fine, but I'd like to see an actual build week rather than just what the chat person says. Anyone else having this issue?
My 2012 focus has a 5 speed it has been absolutely bullet proof and super smooth for 200k miles.
It's not a supercar, give me a manual or a normal torque converter-based auto.
As a granger order holder who just got scheduled, the only info I've received so far was when I reached out to Ford directly via the chat on their website.
First time got a Vin, a few days later got the estimated build week (6/6). Tracking website has worked about 25% of the time since then...
They could/should place all orders received on or before 8/16 on 8/16. So, basically, there's no advantage unless the dealer holds 8/16 orders for a while before placing them with Ford.
