I disagree. Ford had a pretty big lever they could use to change dealer behavior. They choose not to. It absolutely has something to do with them. Think of the out of control child running around a restaurant. The parents have some/all of the responsibility.

Today's chat person told me that the tracking website is undergoing maintenance. But she did give me additional info that I was scheduled for the week of June 6.

Well now the Vin tracking website doesn't seem to work. Hope it wasn't some kind of screw up.

I have no idea why it doesn't work. Chat button works fine on both my pc and phone. You can also try the "desktop site" option in the Chrome settings. That sometimes is useful for me.

Did Ford chat just now and got a VIN! I entered it and my order number into the tracking tool and it comes up. But no build week/date listed. Anyone else have that? It's definitely my order as all the options are correct. 9/25 order from Granger, xl hybrid, cp360 and hitch.

Maybe I missed it, but is the truck gone? If not, why not call them back and say you'll take it?

Had a 97 sonoma - basically the same. 5spd, 2wd, 4 cyl, regular cab. Super handy. Mav seems like it will be better in essentially every aspect. Can't wait.
