I got Line-X and am completely satisfied. Coverage is perfect. Drain holes are good. Tonneau cover leaks as mentioned, but that obviously has nothing to do with Line-X. Lifetime warranty seems like a bonus (over factory).
Still a no-go. According to the spreadsheet, but nag/monitor should be gone, but it's back with those numbers. I'm sure I had the numbers correct. In case it helps someone else, my As Built numbers for my '23 EB Lariat Lux FX4 4K are as follows:
Not that big of a deal to stick with the all...
I just cross-referenced the codes of my as built and the spreadsheet. As EONR24 calculated, it should have worked. Maybe I entered a digit wrong, but I thought I double checked. I'll try it again tomorrow.
So I tried the codes listed to get the minder (chime) but not the monitor (pop-up window). Using the exact numbers above brought back the dreaded monitor! I went back to all zeros and can stay there happily, but I thought I'd share my experience in case others encounter problems. I'll look...
@EONR24, first of all, thank you for posting this spreadsheet. I found the full spreadsheet, but where can I find the key to these items in this spreadsheet? I can't figure out what some of the acronyms mean, and I can't find the right search term for google's help. Some are very clear, some can...
Sorry to say, but it does seem like you were trippin'. Being in love with your truck made you see things that weren't there. ;) Seems very likely that there's only one splash screen--silver/gray with a moon roof.
I tried just doing the 720-13-01 and 02 to zeros, but it didn't kill the pop-up. When I did 720-14-01 and 02 it worked! Shout out to @EONR24 for this fix! I have a '23 EB Lariat Lux FX4 4K.
I can't really answer your question, but I can tell you that not all is lost if you want to go back to your original settings. You can find your as-built values by plugging in your VIN here: https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/ . It will spit out every value so you can go back to square one.
Just a thought... I believe the dreaded seat belt pop up can be turned off via options menus (not Forscan) in '22s. Maybe getting a screen from a Mav rather than an Escape would be smoother. Check these forums to make sure I am remembering correctly!
I just did the climate control swap on my '23 Lariat Lux EB. Went very smoothly after following info in the thread linked below. I reported my results in that thread...
On mine (Lariat w/ larger cluster), after enabling with Forscan, you have to go screen settings and enable the coach screen to even show up. Then you can scroll through until you land on the ECO Coach screen.
Agreed with the subjective assessment of 95%. In fact, the only "error" I've seen is when it says 25 in a school zone "when children are present." I guess it can't decipher the presence of children... yet. ;)
BIG shout out to @CaptBanana for the critical information that there is no need to dismantle the whole central dash if you don't have that solitary screw. Just pry out the vents. I have a '23 that had no screw. Had the unit out in seconds!
Second big news is that it was literally plug-n-play...
Okay, @Automan21, I have something for you. I have two menu items in the instrument cluster related to climate control using remote start. The first is likely what you've said you have called Climate Control. The second is called "Seats and Wheel" and lets me set them to auto or off. It sounds...
