I got my '25 Lariat 4K AWD two weekends ago. I am already at 1500 miles. I have had two full weeks of commuting to work and then a 1000+ mile road trip, so I have had both extremes already for mpg tracking purposes. My commute is 15.5 miles each way for work. I consistently average 40 mpg for...
I already mentioned the rear Lobo springs. Do you not actually read before posting? You seem to need everything to be spoon-fed to you. Anyways, I don't want to read another one of your ignorant posts, so I will put you on the ignore list and never have to worry about that again.
You are comparing body-on-frame trucks with normally rear leaf springs to a unibody Maverick with rear coil springs and independent suspension. What you are asking for makes no sense. Buy coilovers, keep the fronts at stock height, then lower the rear to whatever level you want. That is the only...
No one will make it because your desire makes no sense. You want to lower it in the first sentence, but then don't in the third sentence. "Leveling" the rear makes no sense and will never make sense.
I just picked up the clone of this last Saturday. It was built 2/25 and got to my dealer in west Texas 3/31. I am enjoying mine so far, with a high of 47.5 mpg in city driving. It gets 30-34 mpg on the highway.
I picked this up today. The dealer didn’t pull anything, increase their dealer fee, etc. Since I saved $1987, I argued down their $4500 100k mile extended warranty down to $3100 and added it onto my purchase. So I basically paid $1100 for a 100k warranty. Not bad, since I walked away with that...
I can now confirm my Mav that was ordered August 3rd of last year qualifies for the employee pricing. The dealer did the paperwork, texted it to me, and I will pick it up tomorrow. The employee pricing saved me $1987 off the MSRP of my '25 Lariat AWD hybrid build.
Are you sure? The stock springs have been measured at 148 front and 338 rear. Your rates seems incredibly soft and also reverse staggered from the stock rates. Since the rear is designed for payloads, I really don't see how the rear spring rate could be softer than the front.
I am glad you got the employee pricing! Great job pushing them on it. I will definitely not leave the dealership on Saturday without getting that pricing, too.
Will this apply to my ordered Maverick? It showed up to the dealer just yesterday after a 6 month wait. I plan on picking it up this Saturday, since the dealer is in a different town than where I live. I was going to use X-plan, but this employee pricing should be substantially less than the...
I am with you, OP. I originally ordered my '25 with the hope I could rely on the lane-centering and adaptive cruise to do very long distance cross-country towing trips with my racecar. I knew it all worked with the '22-'24 while towing, so I was very surprised and not pleased when I opened this...
